This role is ideal for an associate to mid-level professional with hands-on experience in maintenance, engineering systems, and facility operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and reliability of mechanical systems across the property.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and maintain mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and other facility equipment
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical issues
• Ensure all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with contractors and external service providers for repairs and upgrades
• Support project implementation, including installations and system improvements
