Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Take care of the mechanical design of chillers and heat pumps using 2D / 3D CAD software
  • Coordinate with the design team to identify the best solutions to ensure product performance and reliability, as well as accessibility for maintenance and repair activities
  • Cooperate in the supervision of production activities, especially in the prototyping phase, and carry out their activities as integrated with all other design inputs, within a project team (mechanical, electrical and software, thermodynamics)
  • Interfacing with suppliers both in the design phase and in the construction phase of mechanical parts, with the aim of finding the cost-effective solution according to company quality standards
  • Creation of bills of materials for the mechanical structure of the units designed, interfacing with the supply chain for the management of coding and maintenance of revisions
