Mechanical Engineer (Residential Projects - Plumbing Focus)

As part of our real estate development team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and successful execution of plumbing works across multiple residential sites. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising plumbing works throughout construction and finishing stages to ensure quality and compliance
• Reviewing mechanical and plumbing designs, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for accuracy and adherence to standards
• Coordinating daily with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress
