The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of mechanical design, analysis, and implementation within the aerospace/defense industry. This individual will be dynamic, focused on quality , and adaptable. They will also lead a multidisciplinary team of talented engineers, designers, and drafters.
