Position Overview
Rotational Support / Remote Engineer – Mechanical (Full‑time, Sharjah, UAE) – Provide day‑to‑day mechanical engineering support for site operations, addressing queries, activities, and risks to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver immediate mechanical engineering support and resolve site issues under the direction of the Operations Engineering Manager.
- Understand, assess and mitigate mechanical engineering risks, driving actions to reduce risk within agreed timeframes.
- Define static mechanical engineering operating envelopes, monitor equipment health, record and investigate excursions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for static mechanical engineering and initiate corrective action as needed.
- Support technical Management of Change (MoCs) and Engineering Queries (EQs).
