Mechanical Engineer

Summary About the Position: Mechanical Engineer in the Directorate of Installation Services at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Responsibilities Develop the designs, plans and specifications for heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, cathodic protection systems, manufacturing machinery, manufacturing processes, hydronic, steam/condensate, and other mechanical systems. Direct, control, coordinate and perform engineering duties required to complete a wide variety of engineering projects ranging from the simple to the complex. Serve as Contract Officers Representative (COR) for multiple modernization contracts. Develop and coordinate implementation of maintenance programs such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Preventive Maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance programs for industrial plant equipment, and equipment in place.
