Job Description

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary site activities, focusing on the seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems with civil/structural construction workflows.
• Oversee the comprehensive planning and implementation of plant maintenance programs, ensuring best-practice preventive maintenance to minimize downtime on critical equipment.
• Direct and supervise site work, including machine troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and complex on-site technical problem-solving.
• Ensure all site activities, fabrication, and installations comply with Singapore's local regulatory standards and project-specific quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate and essential records of maintenance, testing, and safety inspections; prepare detailed technical reports for Project Directors and stakeholders.
