Mechanical Estimation Engineer

James L Williams Middle East is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimation Engineer to join our Estimation team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender pricing for Mechanical services in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
• Review MEP specifications, tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and contract requirements to determine project scope and pricing strategy.
• Perform accurate quantity take‑offs and validate technical and commercial aspects of estimates.
• Analyze labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive and profitable tender submissions.
• Review take‑offs and estimates for technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
