A respected, multi‑disciplinary building contractor is recruiting for a Mechanical Estimator to support a strong pipeline of commercial and general contracting projects across Buckinghamshire. The business delivers Facilities Management, Small Works, Mechanical and Electrical services and full project delivery, with a culture built around quality, trust, care and long‑term relationships.
This role suits an experienced Mechanical Estimator or a mechanically biased professional ready to step further into pre‑construction.
The Role
The Mechanical Estimator produces accurate and competitive mechanical cost estimates from initial enquiry through to tender submission.
