Job Description
Purpose
The Fleet Instructor is responsible for providing some of the training, Instruction, coaching, mentoring and competence assessment of offshore and onshore personnel in a specific discipline: Cargo, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation, Safety, Mechanical, Rigging & Lifting, Mooring Master and MOME. The Fleet Instructor has the authority support the nationalization on board and the offshore crew development.
Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge, understanding and compliance of Management System
- Fulfil responsibilities as described in GEMS and make familiar with the documents relevant to your discipline and to HSSE
- Perform the competencies assessment and support the CAS deployment on board
- Develop and present high quality and effective theoretical and practical training and / or coaching & mentoring events for all level of staff as required by current and future business needs.
