SGS is seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector to support a major TC Energy project in British Columbia.

The Mechanical Inspector will act as the Company's authorized representative, overseeing mechanical construction activities and monitoring contractor and vendor performance related to turbo machinery installations, including gas generators, power turbines, gas compressors, exhaust systems, fuel gas skids, and associated rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor installation of gas generators, power turbines, gas compressors, fuel gas skids, air intake systems, and exhaust systems.
• Review contractor quality control plans, ITPs, inspection reports, and construction documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, codes, standards, and safety requirements.
