Job Description:
- Supervise installation of HVAC , plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and SANS standards
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality control procedures
- Monitor contractor performance, progress, and programme alignment
- Coordinate across civil, electrical, and architectural disciplines
- Prepare progress reports and support payment certification processes
- Manage RFIs, variations, and technical queries
