Mechanical Superintendent

As a Mechanical Superintendent for PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. in Richmond, British Columbia, you will be responsible for building and supporting legacy projects across local communities throughout British Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Work with project manager to ensure implementation of PCL’s safety program, including integrating PCL’s safety program into all site plans and procedures and adhering to all safety and record keeping requirements.
• Supervise, direct, coach, train, and mentor the project team including direct and indirect reports.
• Effectively communicate with own forces and trades and ensure that performance, productivity, quality, and safety requirements are met.
• Consistently collaborate with construction/project manager and project team, proactively managing potential problems, work interferences and schedule conflicts/setbacks.
