About the Role
Reporting to the Division Manager, you will be responsible for supervising mechanical teams across multiple projects, including capital works, maintenance, and repairs of fixed and mobile equipment.
You’ll play a key role in driving performance, maintaining safety standards, and mentoring team members to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)
- Lead and promote a strong safety culture with a zero-harm mindset
- Ensure compliance with site safety systems, legislation, and procedures
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments (JSEA, Take 5/SLAM)
- Participate in toolbox talks, HSEQ meetings, and training
- Ensure all incidents and hazards are reported promptly
