Mechanical Technical Assurance– Cosy (Octopus Trusted Partners)

We’re looking for a Technical Assurance professional to support our Octopus Trusted Partner (OTP) network as part of the Heat Pump team.

The Cosy heat pump from Octopus Energy is our own in-house designed and built system - engineered end-to-end by us to deliver smarter, more efficient, low-carbon heating for homes.

This hybrid role focuses on the mechanical safety, compliance, and quality of Cosy heat pump installations, requiring a solid understanding of ASHP systems and heating integration . You'll play a key role in ensuring installations carried out by third parties meet expected mechanical and technical standards, supporting complex queries, and helping to resolve escalations effectively.
