- Assist with HVAC and fabrication drawings.
- Operate and learn plasma cutting machines.
- Execute job cards and support production.
- Assist with quotations and pricing.
- Attend meetings with consultant engineers.
- Support procurement and supplier coordination.
- Month 1: Orientation, HVAC basics, workshop exposure.
- Month 2: Practical application and coordination.
- Week 3 onwards: Pricing and quotation training.
- Months 36: Advanced skills and independent tasks.
- AutoCAD, Revit, CAMduct.
- Plasma cutting systems (Starcam/Fastcam).
