Med Tech

The Med Tech, also referred to as the Lead Resident Assistant, is responsible for supporting resident care, administering medications in accordance with policies, and providing leadership to the Resident Assistant team to ensure a safe, compassionate, and well-managed community environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior caregiving experience required

• Medication passing experience required

• Leadership experience required

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) (per state or client requirements)

• Current valid driver’s license (per state or client requirements)

• Crisis prevention course certified preferred

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
