Media Archive Administrator

JOB PURPOSE

The Media Archive Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the Archive system. He/she is responsible for collecting content, both video and photo content, from teams across the department and tagging and storing them within the archive system. The Media Archive Administrator is additionally responsible for providing photos and videos from the archive to the Montage and Photo Executive and the MCR Operator(s) as needed. Additionally, he/she is responsible for providing access to external entities, via a sharing platform, of photos and videos as required. The role holder is expected to have strong teamwork skills and carry out his/her duties in accordance with the relevant business policies and procedures.
