Media Relations

Paragon has a story worth telling. In this role, you will be the person who tells it — with clarity, consistency, and credibility. From proactive media engagement to crisis communications, you will help shape how Indonesia understands what one of its most purpose-driven companies stands for.

What You Will Do:

• Lead proactive and reactive media engagement across national, business, and trade media — developing story angles, managing pitches, building journalist relationships, and drafting press materials
• Own and evolve Paragon's corporate narrative, translating the company's values, milestones, and ambitions into messages that resonate with media, government, and the public
• Develop and institutionalize crisis communication frameworks — issue anticipation, standby statements, response protocols, and cross-functional coordination
