Job Summary
This position works on a clinical operations team providing clinical and clerical support to our providers while ensuring our patients have a safe and positive experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Room patients, take vitals and history, update electronic medical chart, and complete required paperwork as needed.
+ Prepare injections for clinical provider as directed.
+ Remove staples and/or casts as directed.
+ Removal/application of dressing as directed.
+ Obtaining/sending out cultures.
+ Assist providers with procedures.
+ Update and maintain patient medical records, including visit details, insurance, and contact information.
+ Service patient after visit with appropriate paperwork, schedule follow-up appointment, send out medical records as requested, and answer any patient inquiries.
