Medical Imaging Assistant

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic team member to join our friendly team at St Stephen’s Hospital in Hervey Bay, offering a great opportunity to build experience in a supportive setting with flexible casual shifts from Monday to Friday from 7am to 8pm

Reporting to the Chief Radiographer, you will provide high quality, medical imaging assistance and support administration services to the clinic.

Your key responsibilities:

· Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services

· Prepare patients for procedures and examinations as required

· Providing excellent customer service and patient care

· Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

· Assist technical staff with examinations as directed, including preparation of equipment
