- 2 - 3 July 2026 | 0800 - 1700
- 6 - 7 July 2026 | 0800 - 1700
- 8 July 2026 | 0800 - 1200
- 9 - 10 July 2026 | 0800 - 1700

- HMO
Please note that all rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable.
Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
