Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Scribe for an onsite position supporting a US-based healthcare provider . The ideal candidate has prior experience working with US clinical settings and is available to start immediately .
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient encounters in real time during onsite clinic visits
- Record patient history, review of systems, physical exam findings, and assessment & plans
- Enter and update patient information in the EHR in accordance with US documentation standards
- Support providers with chart completion and clinic workflow efficiency
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Work closely with providers and clinical staff in an onsite clinical environment
