DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Grant Management & Project Administration
- Coordinates and leads the active participation and involvement of laboratory end-users and stakeholders at the regions to ensure complete and sustained implementation of NTP strategies/activities regardless of funding source
- (Global Fund and/or GOP related)
- Serves as technical support Staff or technical back-up to the day to day TB laboratory operations such as adherence to quality assurance and biosafety standards set by NTRL, adoption of new diagnostics, implementation of latest
- PMDT strategies, organizes work areas to ensure safe and hazard free environment, etc.
- Provides regular feedback/reports to NTRL as early warnings, where applicable, on the status of Laboratory & PMDT Program implementation at all levels at the regions
- In close coordination with the laboratory supervisor, conducts regular inventory of laboratory supplies, chemicals...
