  • Organise training on products/services, scientific areas, brand and Divisional values, doctor-centric approach (SIMAC) and the medical, competitive and regulatory environment
  • - Define the continuing training plan
  • - Design and validate training tools and content
  • -Organize, manage, and drive training sessions. This includes selecting appropriate teachers/coaches and external training companies.Monitor and verify the effective delivery of the training plan.
  • Define team objectives and follow-up, in line with Medical Management
