What you'll Do?
As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the Health Center, including management, program implementation, compliance and personnel. You will provide support and direct supervision to reporting staff, conduct medical examinations and manage disability and workers’ compensation cases. You will work in close collaboration with business partners to ensure strong integration with the business and be accountable for the site’s Emergency Response Program. Additionally, you will support and promote wellness and wellbeing initiatives at the site. This position requires shift rotation.
