You will manage a team of Technical Support specialists who provide support for all Medium Voltage Products and for French Canada Product Support. You will supervise the Medium Voltage Support teams located in Canada and the USA, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing remote support for repair systems on a remote technical approach. You may also be involved in customer installation and training program discussions. The role includes selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function and reporting to the Manager, Global Remote Support. A hybrid schedule based in Cambridge, ON, Canada applies.
