Join OMERS as a Bilingual Member Experience Specialist, providing stellar service from Timmins, Ontario. Enjoy a hybrid work model while addressing client inquiries about the pension plan.
In this role, you will support members and pensioners by responding to queries and processing transactions related to the OMERS Pension Plan. You'll utilize various technologies to ensure accurate and timely service while developing deep pension expertise. Occasional travel to the Toronto office is required.
