What you do

  • Acquire and onboard new retail and business members through proactive conversations.
  • Uncover members' needs and identify sales opportunities through Financial Health Checks.
  • Recommend and deliver everyday banking, lending, and investment solutions.
  • Manage small accounts and build a strong sales pipeline through referrals and follow‑up.
  • Support front‑line and omni‑channel interactions while contributing to a collaborative Advice Centre.

What you bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services or a sales environment.
  • Exposure to lending and investment products and needs‑based selling.
  • Mutual Funds licensed or willingness to obtain within six months.
  • Strong communication skills, financial curiosity, and comfort with technology.
  • Grade 12 (or equivalent); post‑secondary education in Business or Marketing is an asset.
