Membership Sales Manager

We are in search of a Membership Sales Manager for one of our reputed clients a fast developing fitness concept in Dubai. The role will manage and oversee membership sales customer service and renewals.

• Lead Generation Strategy
• Sales & Renewal Budgets
• Pricing & Promotions
• Revenue generation & gaps
• Team coaching & KPI management
• Customer Service/Customer Journey
• CRM

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in the wellness or lifestyle industry out of which at least 1 year on a managerial or team lead role.
• UAE or GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory however the candidate needs to be locally available.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
