POSITION SUMMARY
:The Membership Service Representative supports the mandate and goals of the Membership team by providing superior customer service while promoting, renewing, and upselling our ticket products to existing and potential ticket members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and develop strong professional relationships with Canucks ticket Members to meet standards of excellence and guarantee renewals

Outreach proactively by calling, emailing, and setting up in person meetings with assigned Member accounts to strengthen relationships and ensure renewals

Support the 899.GOAL line and general ticket inquiries, responding in a timely manner with the appropriate solution

Strategically manage Member requests and expectations and assist with game day requirements
