Membership Specialist
STARTING AT $42,459, PURSUANT TO THE RULES OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
MEMBERSHIP SPECIALISTUUE-NY GRADE 6/7/8
JOB SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Manager of Membership Enrollment, the Membership Specialist duties include butare not limited to the enrollment and regular maintenance of membership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Processes membership applications and generates payroll ordered deduction notices.2. Generates payroll notices for dues deductions changes as well as performs maintenance to the data base toupdate information.3. Performs necessary research as a result of periodic member/non-member/financial core reporting.4. Communicates with members (active and retirees), payroll offices, local and unit officers and CSEA staffconcerning dues deductions or deductions for group insurance programs, membership status ormembership cards.5.
