Job Description

Work directly with adults and children in mental health settings, supporting rehabilitation, recovery, acute care, PICU, eating disorders and CAMHS. You'll work across multiple wards, providing hands-on care where it's most needed.

This is a flexible, shift-based role where you can pick from regular part-time to full-time shifts, including daily last-minute options that suit your schedule.

About the role
- Support adults and/or children as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- Deliver personal care and emotional support
- Maintain accurate care plans and documentation
- Report and escalate any safeguarding concerns appropriately
- Promote independence, dignity and choice in every interaction

What you'll need
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a UK care or support role
- MAPA training (or equivalent restraint training)
- Experience supporting people with mental health needs or learning disabilities
