MEP BIM Lead: Clash-Free Coordination & CDE

CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is looking for a BIM Coordinator (MEP) to manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems throughout project stages. You will ensure compliance with Singapore's BIM standards, participate in clash detection, and lead MEP coordination meetings.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination, high proficiency in Navisworks and Revit MEP, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.
