Job Overview

Enersense Engineering is seeking experienced MEP Directors to support our clients' data centre projects across several locations in Finland. This is a permanent, regional role covering multiple concurrent projects with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end MEP delivery across multiple data centre projects
• Ensure integration and coordination with CSA works and other disciplines
• Manage technical teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Oversee programme delivery, ensuring milestones, quality, and safety standards are met
• Drive commissioning planning and execution through to successful handover
• Monitor technical compliance with project specifications and regulations
• Act as a senior escalation point for MEP-related issues
• Support project planning, risk management, and technical decision‑making
