MEP Supervisor – Electrical (Conduiting) – High?Rise Residential

Responsible for supervising electrical conduiting, wiring, and related MEP installations in high?rise residential buildings. Ensures work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical conduiting and wiring in flats, common areas, shafts, and basements.
  • Verify correct installation of conduits, junction boxes, fan boxes, cable trays, and earthing routes.
  • Coordinate with civil, plumbing, fire?fighting, and HVAC teams to avoid routing clashes.
  • Interpret electrical GFC drawings, layouts, and SLDs, and ensure execution accuracy.
  • Ensure marking and fixing of conduits before slab casting and blockwork.
