Job Description
Develop and deliver MEP design solutions HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Electrical, ELV as applicable in line with project requirements, applicable codes, standards and authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive MEP design reviews ensuring calculations, layouts, load schedules, equipment selections and design assumptions are technically sound, coordinated and buildable.
- Supervise and coordinate MEP Design Engineers and Draftsmen to produce accurate drawings, schematics, layouts, details and schedules aligned with approved design intent and project milestones.
- Implement robust quality checks and control measures on all MEP deliverables, design calculations, drawings, reports and submission packages ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency before issuance.
