MEP Quantity Surveyor

Datacenter People is working with a leading Data Center Consultancy to hire experienced Mu00c3u00b6 and Senior Quantity Surveyors for a Datacenter project in Berlin.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will manage all commercial and financial aspects of high-value, mission-critical projects from inception to completion. Lead MEP cost management, subcontractor procurement, budget forecasting, and contractual risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Leadership: Manage cost planning, cash flows, and monthly commercial reports to ensure budget adherence.
• MEP & Procurement: Lead procurement, valuation, and payment processes for subcontractors, focusing heavily on HV/MV electrical distribution, UPS systems, and mechanical cooling.
