Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and related components in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues, leaks, or inefficiencies
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctioning fixtures, and implement effective repair solutions.
- Replace faulty components and parts, ensuring the integrity and functionality of the plumbing systems.
- Maintain and repair drainage and sewage systems, including unclogging drains, fixing sewer line issues, and addressing any related problems.
- Coordinate with other maintenance teams, engineers, and supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of plumbing systems and their integration with other building systems.
