Job Description
This position focuses on maintaining harmonious relationship with trade partners, ensuring efficient customer service, and fulfilling compliance and sales objectives across all outlets.
Responsibilities- Maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt efficient customer service at all times
- 100 compliance to journey plans
- Adherence to agreed call sequence and call objectives
- Achieve set KPIs on Availability, Visibility, BDA implementation, or share of space as per market share planograms
- Proactive management of near expiry and damage items in line with company policy
- Follow FIFO and prompt execution of all display drives
- Ensure all-round availability of listed SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure
- Manage trade-returns within agreed levels
- Highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior)
