Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct stock-taking activities in stores and support inventory control processes
  • Monitor product deliveries from the warehouse to stores, ensuring timely and accurate distribution
  • Receive and process stock reports and update inventory data in the system
  • Handle product registration and assist with product launch preparations
  • Input product and delivery order information into department store sales portals
  • Generate sales reports from store sales portals and accurately record data in internal systems
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Merchandising team


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations, merchandising support, or administrative roles is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
