Merchandising Assistant

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Plan and implement product displays to attract customers and drive sales.
• Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and rotated on the sales floor.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure product signage is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with setting up promotional and seasonal displays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in merchandising or retail is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Physical ability to lift and move products.
