Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Plan and implement product displays to attract customers and drive sales.
- Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and rotated on the sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management.
- Maintain visual standards and ensure product signage is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with setting up promotional and seasonal displays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift and move products.
