Key Responsibilities
+ Develop data-driven category sales forecasts, using statistical models and trend analysis to support business planning.
+ Monitor inventory health, including aging stock, sell-through, and RMA/return rates, and provide actionable recommendations.
+ Perform quantitative analysis of cost structures and margins to support pricing, promotional, and profitability decisions.
+ Negotiate with vendors for promotional support, backend funding, and partnership programs (MDF, Co-op, VIR, SR, etc.).
+ Collaborate with the legal team to review and finalize vendor agreements.
+ Design and implement promotion plans based on historical data, vendor collaboration, and market intelligence.
+ Maintain and expand strong vendor relationships to drive category growth.
