What You’ll Be Doing
Develops, sets and leads the team’s overall strategy in tapping merchant partners in alignment with company’s strategies and imperatives
Conducts internal and external research by gathering data via on-ground immersion, networking and table‑top research
Manages and guides account managers in the operations and acquisition strategies of Merchant Acquisition & Management
Influences the improvement sales and aftersales processes to best serve the customer through a fast, simple and nimble operation balanced with the right governance
Initiates and develops partner hitlist and plan through market and opportunity sizing
Leads day‑to‑day handling and management of partners
Oversees, leads and shapes the Merchant Acquisition organization by putting in place talents and succession plans for continuous seamless execution
