Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify new markets and customers while building trust-based relationships to facilitate long-term business opportunities.

• Guide and mentor Account Managers on acquisition strategies, operations, and professional development.

• Conduct on-ground immersion and research to size opportunities and develop partner hitlists.

• Influence sales and aftersales processes to ensure nimble operations and high-quality governance.



Qualifications:

• At least 10+ years of work experience in Sales.

• Solid background and experience in the Financial Technology (FinTech) industry.

• Proven track record in strategic leadership and managing a sales organization.
