Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve product listings, package optimization initiatives, and other operational requests to ensure quality and compliance.

• Manage campaign operations, including campaign review, merchant enrollment, and campaign briefing to drive participation and performance.

• Optimize merchant visibility and traffic acquisition through placement management, performance analysis, and campaign/placement reviews.

• Develop Sales Kits, best-practice case studies, and presentation materials to support merchant growth and sales initiatives.

• Lead merchant retention efforts by monitoring churn, conducting merchant visits and analyses, and implementing strategies to improve retention and business growth.
