We are currently seeking a MES Business Analyst/PM/SM to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX). 
Key Responsibilities Gather and translate MES business requirements into functional specifications. 
Coordinate with developers, QA, and plant operations teams. 
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables. 
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (if acting as Scrum Master). 
Support MES system deployment, enhancements, and production issues. 
Document processes, user stories, and SOPs. 
Qualifications Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Wonderware, Camstar). 
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows: production, quality, scheduling, inventory. 
Experience as a BA, PM, or SM in MES/Manufacturing environments. 
Strong communication and coordination skills.
