Requirements
- 7+ years of product management or solutions management experience, with a strong track record in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Demonstrated ability to define long-term product strategy, multi-release roadmaps, and platform migration journeys — particularly transitions from on-premise or legacy environments to cloud or hybrid architectures
- Deep knowledge of MES functional domains: production execution, scheduling, inventory management, quality management, work instruction workflows, and system integrations
- Proven ability to translate input from Sales, Pre-Sales, and implementation teams into concrete product decisions and roadmap priorities
- Experience operating effectively in a matrixed, global organisation — aligning diverse stakeholders, resolving competing priorities, and driving decisions in ambiguous environments
