Role DescriptionMES Techno- Functional Consultant (Lead II - Enterprise Solutions) based in Guadalajara.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and understand business processes in discrete manufacturing.Gather and document requirements for MES solutions by working with cross‐functional teams including operations, IT, and engineering.Integrate MES with SAP for part master, engineering change note, and inventory.Integrate MES with inventory management systems.Customize MES workflows and screens as per plant operations using scripting or configuration tools.Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and compliance with industry standards.Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance post‐deployment.Document solution designs, configurations, and user manuals.Other relevant essential functions may be required.QualificationsMore than 5 years of MES solutioning expertise (configuring machines, shopfloor assets, in‐process parameters).
