Role Overview
As a MES/SCADA Support Analyst Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth rollout, implementation, and daily support of Production and Quality applications and infrastructure across global manufacturing sites. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enabling Industry 4.0 strategies, and supporting IT-enabled innovation in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Rollouts & Implementations : Lead deployments of Production and Quality applications and infrastructure.
- Operational Support : Ensure successful daily support of Production IT services worldwide.
- Partnerships : Collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and IT teams to provision and run operational services.
